β β β β β I went to Michael Lee & Associates this morning for the first time to engage their service for notarisation/certify true copy. I was truly grateful for the advice and suggestion by the lady at the reception (Ms. Tan I think) that had saved me the time, trouble and cost for getting the certificate of incorporation translated into English before notarisation. She has also helped to make extra copies of documents with a small fee. So at least I can vouch for my case that she was not rude at all. The Notary Public, Mr. Lee was a very calm and friendly senior gentleman as well.
Advice: Parking is almost impossible to get. Allocate at least 1 hour as there are usually short queues each customer might take 15-30mins. Best to bring enough cash for the fees. Otherwise there is a Public Bank within 3 minutes walking distance, or do immediate online transfer.

She very rude and throw the paper ask ppl get lost ! Even her husband...
she only know how to chop the paper!
Her profession only know chop paper.
What the shame on you!

β β β β β RUBBISH customer service, I call in and ask regarding a legal contract estimation price, the counter staff said, you need to talk more about it before we can give price, I say ok, then she cut off the line.

β β β β β I went to Michael Lee & Associates to seek their help in Dec 2021 for notarising some documents to be despatched to China. Ms Tang was very informative and helpful. Her advice to do a Notarial Certificate for all my documents saved me quite some money as I had 2 sets of documents to be notarised and then authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then by the Chinese Embassy. All these certification and authentication charges by the page. By doing a Notarial Certificate, the cost for all these counter-signing was greatly reduced. Ms Tang is also very well versed with what the Chinese Embassy requires.
The entire process was long and tedious but Ms Tang was so helpful by guiding me through every step of the process because the Chinese Visa Application Service Center was not opened physically and only entertained enquiries through email.
This process could not have been possible without the valuable and expert assistance of Ms Tang. I am truly grateful and I definitely recommend their expert service.
