Made payment months ago for 2 roro tong.
1st tong delivered not on time, delay several day.
2nd tong replacement, same thing details taken by a yound lady, mentioned to be replaced on the same day (tuesday), yet still no replacement until friday.Gave a call on Friday, then the elder lady took the same detail again, but saying that the roro replacement could not been performed on that day because I ve just gave them the call on that day (Hello, Ive already called and gave the details on Tuesday).
Called again on Monday (the following week), then the young ady request me to call directly the person arranging the lorry (Now u expect me to call the driver directly?then better hire me as the admin/supervisor in your company).
Very poor and slowwwwww mangement I could say and janji melayu. Very unprofessional managing the schedule.
I wonder how they could be PANEL FOR Majlis Perbandaran Kajang (MPKJ). For those not aware, house renovation license could be obtained from Majlis Perbandaran (in my case, it s under MPKJ), and there are only 4 appointed panel companies for TONG RORO, and one of them is Luxda Enterprise. MPKJ should really audit their performance as basis for panel selection.
