β β β β β I talked to one of the staff on WhatsApp about my vials problem, he answered so rudely and impolite. He insulted me with his recorded audio.
I have bout 61 vials from them and a lot of them are expired. Annoying and too much alcohol smells can be sensed.
I am so unhappy about my shopping, although I have spent like 1000 Rm !!

β β β β β 5/5 stars, they sell 100% original products. I was scammed by another shopee seller for YSL Y edp, but when I bought from them I received a 100% aunthetic product. Highly recommend , they even corrected my address on my request.

My experience at Luxury Perfume Malaysia was very enjoyable and satisfying. The store itself is easily located if you just follow the lot numbers displayed on the top of each stores.
Now, customer service. Before going to LPM, I did some research on my own and have read a few reviews saying that they had poor customer service and that the staffs are not friendly. Of course, this threw me off and made me avoid going to the store but after giving it some thought, I decided to give it a shot and check it out myself. I was shocked at the customer service and how amazing they treated me. I went in there with limited knowledge about fragrances and Daniel/Danial attended to me so well. He provided me with the best hospitality and was so patient throughout my visit. I spent a good 30 minutes in there and smelled around 10 samples, and through each and every sample, he explained it to me 1 by 1 to make sure I don't make any purchase that I'd regret. He knows his stuff FOR SURE. If you have any questions about fragrance, feel free to ask him because he will help you with the best of his abilities.
Perfume selection. Honestly, I don't know what they DON'T have. Every single thing I asked for, they had them. It was ridiculous. Of course, don't expect them to have EVERYTHING but I think they'd have a lil something for everyone.
Cleanliness and environment. Of course, from an outsider's perspective, one would think that a store in KWC would be like meh and not clean but trust me, their store is very well maintained. It's clean and cozy. Not to mention, all the perfumes are arranged accordingly from designers to niche fragrances and everything can be easily found.
To conclude my review, I'd say that I had a pretty pleasant experience at Luxury Perfume Malaysia. Everyone was nice. I had an amazing time and ran into 0 problems and altercations. Keep it up guys!
PS: Yes, they only sell legit/authentic/real/original fragrances.

β β β β β Went there today. It's a heaven for fragrance enthusiast. The guy gave great recommendation and is very patience. Prices are also very reasonable. For just casual fragrance user would definitely recommend to buy from here. Amazing customer service, fair price and great selection of fragrances(they are all great quality) to choose from. This is a must go to place if you are in the market for perfume.

β β β β β Come from Perlis just to try the Creed Aventus while waiting for it to be restock, and also want to get myself some new perfume for my collections, unfortunately for me they were out of tester too.
At first when I arrived and asked for Aventus tester, that one guy so fast reply no tester available like so lazy to entertain me. I immediately no mood to shop there so I just get myself out and went to their other shop at LG floor. Luckily I'm being treated well there despite I feel like being judged by his statement that aventus is priced at more than 1k(of course I came knowing this lol xD), however he let me try so many perfumes that are already in my list(altough most of my top listed perfume not available in the shop though for example Sauvage EDP I'm dying to get this one since it'll complete my sauvage collection; edt, edp, elixir). I end up getting myself a CDNIm perfume which he suggest me and it is really amazing perfume at its price.
He asked me to try another perfume at the 1st floor and I end up buying another inspired perfume there and it turned out really nice perfume despite i'd never heard of it before.
Would really love to shop here again. Especially to get my Aventus and few other perfume in my list.
