★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to LYC Balok Perdana, Kuantan, this afternoon. On reaching the main entrance, I realised that I have forgotten to bring along my handphone which is required for My sejahtera registration. I told the front desk staff by the name of Norfatihah to allow me to register my name in the book as per required by Covid19 SOP, however she declined to handover the registration book but instead hold it right on her body as if I am not allowed to go inside. She hold it for about 5 to 10 seconds. She told me I have to have the handphone. I asked her if the book is for
my sejahtera registration. Then only with her sour face, she opened the book and asked for my name and IC number, which I think is too much. I think this the only premises that need IC no if you want to go in. Others, just need Handphone no, name and address. Then she handed over to me a pair of plastic gloves.
I asked her if there is something else she need before I go in, she just turned her face to other direction.
I am very ashamed, being an old man and a customer and yet treated like this. To my opinion, as she is a moody type, she is not suitable to be at front desk or casher. It will tarnish the image of LYC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and affordable place to get groceries. The shop following MCO SOP. Staff need to improve their services towards customer. Got a bad experience with 1 indian cashier. No manner and rude. Still don't want to apologize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get your essential here, but limited choices. I am disappointed because they do not put sign that there no plastic bag, or if there is any, i cant see it. The staff is not helpful, not allowing me to borrow the basket to get my things to the car. I have to run to my car to get my bag and go back to collect the items that i have purchased.
