★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This saloon used to be my favourite but I feel like the service wasn’t as good as before. The Chinese lady who used to cut my hair was so good and lately they have many staffs that’s not as friendly and sort of unskilled too. The price is higher than usual too. Wonder what went wrong with this place. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This salon is very bad, I have asked for orange hair color 3 times but they color my hair purple !! and the employees are only 3 people including a one stylish, they are really bad, but I kindly want to pay in full even though I am disappointed with them and don't scold them !! very bad salon !! dislikedislikedislike ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I set an appt for haircut for 3 people at 5pm.. i gave my phone number & details but unfortunately i was late for 30 mins. I hope i can get a haircut for at least one person but this salon rejected all as they already take another customer. For me this is very unprofessional as i heard the hairdresser shouting from behind to reject us and not even considering to accept one person. U have my phone number at least u can give us a phone call to remind on our appt or inform us that the appt has been cancelled. Be professional! Be considerate & always listen to ur customer before shouting from behind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worse customer service and treated at one of the saloon in kip mall before finding this salon. I was depressed and looking for another salon and came across with MAZ hair studio.
The best service provided in this hair studio. They do my hair exactly as how I wanted. Good advice on hair care given.staffs are very friendly.truly good choice in this area.. I'll definitely be their repeated customer
