★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally said this was adequate then went elsewhere and would rate this location even lower. Rate was over 0.04 better at other locations and they gave me my change there. Go elsewhere like in the basement of the Pavilion mall. This place also won't give good rates on small USD bills only 4 to 1 for anything less than a 50.

The western union agent here is very rude, she claims her name is Anisah and when asked for the manager contact she gave a fake number. She even said she’s not affraid if i called the manager but why didnt she give the actual manager number?
I will lodge this report to western union itself to complain about M H Din as a western union agent that is very rude, Anisah was rude in terms of her language and also a liar when she gave her personal number and claims to be the manager besides that she even assigned the manager name as Shida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is about their branch at Subway Putra Mall, not in Bukit Bintang (Google maps don't show the subway Putra branch on maps). The employee refused to give me 30 cents and told he doesn't have coins. When I demanded my money back he returned the money reluctantly and said "go to hell". What kind of attitude to customers is it? Avoid this money changer whenever possible.
