M Aruna Rawang Project was poorly managed. My advise to potential buyer is to avoid MahSing! Below is my real experience with this developer: Developer keep on changing Vacant Possession (VP) date from May 2020, to June 2020, then to Nov 2020, then to Dec 2020, then to Feb 2020, then to Q1'2021 and now latest is by end of April 2021. They are also not professional, only responding when purchasers keep on chasing for answer. Otherwise, they will silent. No notification and the moment I call their customer services, their answer is same all the time! "I'm not sure about that project...but the person in charge is not at their seat!" Please avoid MahSing as much as you can. only purchase if there is no other developer left in Malaysia. totally not recommended. In fact felt regret for buying from Mahsing. btw, DONT TRUST their Sales Staff. Coz they will promise you moon and stars! but failed to keep their words.

Visited. The road entering to M Panora is rather narrow. One way in and out when close to M Panora. T-junction there is rather dangerous. Heard a lot of bad comments on how Mah Sing manages post sales in development around rawang, e.g. over-promised on nice natural landscaping, club house management (closing down without actions and planned to sell to third party), etc.
