β β β β β This place currently acts more like flagship Parkson store than actual shopping mall due to absence of other tenants, many vacant shops and mainly occupied by Parkson floor by floor. A more quieter place to walk and shop since not so many customers going to this place even on weekends. There are few outdoor parking available but at the moment it's free.

β β β β β First time here, it is easy to find parking, and it's free. 5 storeys shopping mall own by Pakson. It's very convenient to shop here and the varieties were a lot.

β β β β β Parkson FOOD BAR, the food court has closed, so has FOOD PARK, the Supermarket.
All the other non-Parkson shops like TM, etc has closed down too. All LG and G floor shops are shuttered. It is eerie to walk through an abandoned mall like that.
As you can see in the photo, only a few shelves with limited stock of canned goods are displayed. Even though there were 50% off but the original prices were like RM30 PLUS.. so very pricey.
Next, only 1 lift is working out of two. Half of the escalators are 'in service' which means going up is on the left and coming down on the right. Out of the 4 floors of Parkson department store, only two floors have working toilets on the odd floors. The toilets on the even floors are again shut for maintenance.
I was there for an hour and during that time, there weren't less than 5 customers on each floor. It sounds really Sad ? but it is.
Plus points : everything seems to on sale on all 4 floors of the department store. You can pick bargains before it may close before Christmas or even Deepavali 2019.
Parking is FREE. However since the mall is so devoid of people, the basement parking can be eerie even in the daytime when I went. I won't stay after Dark or go there after Dark.
The roads around the mall cum hotel are lonely. The nearest residence are government low cost flats. Not your typical Parkson customer.
It is sad that Parkson closed down its loss making Maju Junction mall in KL to open in Puchong Perdana. Now after opening only 1.5 years in Puchong, it looks like history repeating itself.
Do go to Parkson M Square now (June 2019) to grab bargains before it disappears from Puchong.

β β β β β Ground floor is Foodpark Supermarket Grocer by Parkson, 1st floor to 4th floor are Parkson departmental store. Easy parking. Grocery choices are limited and expensive. There's a small food court at ground floor. Departmental floors are spacious.
