โ โ โ โ โ Service very poor. Promise will provide the quotation within one or two days. Waited more than a week also no reply from them. Already get the spare parts from online and repair it on my own.

โ โ โ โ โ Sent a portable aircond that finished warranty as faulty condition for repair with warranty over condition (as stated in receipt) . Turned up still faulty after repair, refuse to declare which part was changed & refuse to declare the warranty provided over the condition. In fact, she claim new parts may now be faulty and need to pay again more money as told by a tricky customer woman officer there. Not to mention expensive charges for the repair as well. Suspected fake/lier as I got another service center who changed the known spare part (known to be repaired) and no more faulty then.

โ โ โ โ โ Service should have provide spare fridge if required to take back for repair. Imagine all the cold stuffs do not have spare fridge to store. Call to office and office staffs says spare fridge will not be provided but technician said there are but all spare fridges are out to others customers. At the end, no spare fridge was provided and customer have to self source for storage. Advisable to improve customer service skill. Good customer service comes from considering users point of view.
