I ke sogo semata2 nk bli brg di butik MAC..tp frust sbb promoter u all melayan mcm customer seolah tiada duit..i mtk pandangan utk memilih colour apa yg sesuai..tp layanan teruk skali..dan push2 nk sruh i pilih sendiri..so utk MAC pls tgk keadaan ni sbb jgn sbb seorang nama MAC trus di cop x elok..

I just went to the brunch at the MAC boutique..tp frust as the promoter u all treated mcm customer as if there was no money..i look to choose what color is right..tp bad service skali..and push2 nk sruh i choose myself ..so for MAC pls this is not the case as a MAC name is cop copied ..

โ โ โ โ โ I ask my husband to buy my foundation and he put the seller on call for me. Seller was so rude. He keeps on saying things out of stock and give many excuses. He really getting on my nerve when I ask for voucher RM50 on my birthday month. Dia cakap yg KL SOGO bukan butik. And I'm like WTH?!!! URGHH SO BAD SERVICE. I would greatly love to rate 0/5 star to KL SOGO Mac. Sy harap pls take action and we didn't ask for service like God but pls respect ur cust.

โ โ โ โ โ the sales girl refuse to entertain me and my sister eventhough we are the only customer in the store at the time. she was rude, not helpfull and overall bad attitude. please go to other mac store if you want better service..
