★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang okay harga pun berpatutan kalau nak banding dengan tempat lain. TETAPI, boleh improve cara persuading customer tu kot.. Lupa nama abang tu apa. Yang selalu ada kat situ.. I know krja u nk dptkan sale tapi i feel pressured everytime you talk. Explain2 then let customer make the decision la.. Takyah obvious sangat nak mempengaruhi fikiran customer.. I COULD NOT EVEN THINK BECAUSE OF THAT. Jenis org yg senang takpa la.. Tp i akan observe satu satu detail barangbtu dan kesesuaian dgn rmh i mcm mn semua tu.. Last2 i ckp kat dia tanak semua benda yg dia recommended pastu balik rumah.. Stress
Okay stuff, the price is reasonable if you want to compare with other places. BUT, it can improve the way of persuading the customer .. I forgot what my brother's name is. That is always there .. I know work u nk get sale but I feel pressured everytime you talk. Explain2 then let the customer make the decision. The kind of person who is happy not to .. But I will observe one by one the details of the goods and the suitability of the house I mcm mn all that .. Last2 I ckp kat he tanak all the things he recommended must go home .. Stress

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harga barang boleh lar. Tak mahal sangat, tak murah sangat. Servis layanan staff sebelum sale memang tiptop tapi lain pula ceritanya servis aftersale. lebih-lebih lagi bila ada masalah. Staf beriya akap macam nak gaduh dengan pelanggan. Bukan kata nak selesaikan masalah tak.
The price of goods can be adjusted. Not very expensive, not very cheap. Staff service before the sale is tiptop, but the story of the aftersale service is different. especially when there is a problem. The staff seemed to want to fight with customers. Not to say I want to solve the problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor services, had ordered bedroom set and the actual wardrobe delivered had discrepancy in term of colour combination compared to the one in catalogue, had reassured by the manager himself that they will do an exchange for me and expedite my request however haven't heard from them until now..had been 2 months plus and still din get any explanation..unresponsive and totally disappointed with my purchase..would not recommend anyone to this shop..obviously they do not have enough knowledge of the actual item that they are selling as they couldn't provide customer the exact information when u r throwing question at them, it's either they will answer you and when the product came differently they din even notice what's going wrong...saddening! that Kinda frustrated there is no option for me to rate 0 star
