★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you so much.Mr Vicky. You really are a lifesaver. I brought my MacBook here since the hard drive was not being detected. Mr. Vicky informed me that the issue may be connected to the CPU, but he could only provide a temporary fix since spending money on the book is not worth it.
Since my one-year thesis project was trapped, not even data recovery center could address the problem. To retrieve the files, If the repair fails, there is a chance that the laptop may be rendered inoperable. This was said not once, but more than three times consecutively by Vicky. The next day, Vicky texted me that the MacBook was completed and could be powered on. Wow, what was that? He could resolve the situation with just 200 Malaysian Ringgit.
As promised, the fix is just temporary, but I'm relieved to be able to retrieve my project. Apple center code me – 2K or above and a 90-day warranty Data recovery (also suggested by Vicky) They held my book for two weeks and charged me RM150 for diagnosis, but I did not get an update until I called them again. The Legend Vicky — Completed within twenty-four hours, with no diagnostic cost and everything in black and white. He continued repeating the same phrases and conditions to ensure that we grasped what he was attempting to convey in layman term. The only expert who could diagnose the laptop based only on its model and the nature of the issue would be able to give you an accurate quote.

He talked through the issues with me and suggested several recommendations within my budget. The MacBook is now back working at better performance compared to its previous dying stage. Got it back within hours. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give 10 stars to Vicky for his excellent customer service. I messaged him for no power issue. He replied within 10 minutes, straight with the price and details. I went there for a diagnosis, as I know that usually, a diagnosis will take at least 2 to 3 days, but Vicky unscrews the laptop and diagnoses the book right away. The price was given, and within 3 days, I received a call from his staff stating that the MacBook was ready for collection. During pickup, I requested an OS upgrade, which he also provided for free.
Pro:
1. Efficient customer service
2. Straight to the point
3. He didn’t waste time as he promised the repair could be done within 5 working days.
4. His staff are friendly as well.
5. You can save 80% of the total price compared to Apple stores.
6. Everything is in black and white, with a job sheet given.
He is very familiar with the Mac operating system, having previously installed older versions of the OS and Office.
7. Parking is easy, WhatsApp him for shop directions; he will send them.
8. There is a 100% money-back policy if there is a warranty claim more than twice.
Con:
1. Google limits it to 5 stars, not 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by a friend, I was surprised to see their OEM batteries can last more than 5 hours with normal usage.
Compared to other shops this is the only shop where can settle a battery replacement within 3 hours. We didn't leave the shop, so Vicky took afford to settle the battery in front of me, I can say face to face repair.
10/10 for Vicky

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is, without doubt, the most ethical store ever. My MacBook was repaired for the motherboard 4 months ago. It looked to be having the same issue again recently. I went to the shop and had the problem fixed without hesitation or looking for another way to recharge. The shop owner even stated that if the replacement does not function, he will return my money. The warranty is for three months, but because this is the second time he has repaired it, he has added an additional three months of warranty, which is excellent service.
