★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Buying iPhone 13, 512gb for RM4999 on 14.5.22. Deducted from account but receipt not processed on their machine. Therefore they do not want to release the iPhone to us despite of confirmation of transaction has been done by calling the bank involved.
By time i'm writing this, the issue has not been settled yet. My money on their side, and my iPhone still at theirs.

Staff have been able to rebound payment back to my account on evening and advised to pay in cash to avoid this same thing happen again. They said this usually happen during weekend especially for maybank card. Payment made by cash & iPhone received. Thank you.
