I wish I can give bad reviews every channel and escalate this to the highest channel. Unfortunately I don't know who is your bos thus I giving review here. Poor customer service. Please teach your worker how to respect customer and not to judge customer. None of them know how to communicate with customers politely. They love to judge customer and tell if you buying mean will show design no means no. When my wife was bargain n asking why the Kuli price high compare to other shop the Man simply took the gold n keep inside n waiting for us to leave. Later when we came in again another men handle us n the price way different compare to the first guy who handled us. Lesson learned don't simply buy from here as they good in manipulating the price. We waited 1hour plus just to make the payment. Reason again we were looked down and the workers simply entertaining another customer who purchased more. We told him we wanted to take a hand chain too. Response hand chain tht side. Rete between xxxx. Thn he completely ignore us. Worst customer service

The worst experience I've had at a jeweller. If you get an attendee by the name of Balaji, save yourself the trouble and walk right out. Otherwise, you may as well throw your money down the drain because the products you receive with either be compromised, poorly handled or even damaged. Very unprofessional, rude & arrogant. We went to purchase bangles from Madras Jewellers for my wedding. As they did not have the size we needed, we were advised to custom order them. Everyone knows that custom orders cost you more in terms of workmanship; but we went with it anyways as we preferred not to have the hassle of hunting further. We asked Balaji (our designated attendant) to please measure the size of the existing bangle my mum had as I was going to wear them together so the size needed to match. He absolutely refused to do so. Measuring the bangle size was something he wouldn't do. So we decided to use the ruler ourselves to measure the bangles. Assuming they were tired from a long day, we overlooked this negligence : WE SHOULD HAVE NOT. We asked him repeatedly please check what we measured as the sizes needed to match and all he said was "Yes, yes its all correct" without as much as touching the reference bangle.You may be a pather, but if you're gonna eye-ball a size like that, it better be spot on. IT WAS NOT. They call us in 3 weeks to collect our bangles and what do you know, it was the WRONG size. This isn't the worst part. He insisted that we did not bring in a reference bangle in at all for measurement and that's why the size went wrong. Please riddle me this : is it the jeweller or the customer who should be well versed in measurements? You charge us a different rate to custom make bangles and even though he knew this was a large order, he didn't bother to ensure the numbers were correct. We waited 2 hours for these bangles to be resized on the collection date and he was not remorseful in the slightest. I spoke to the manager once all this was over and of course, he did nothing to rectify the situation. All he wanted us to do was hush the situation as quickly as possible as he wanted to ensure other customers didn't know what was going on. This place pulls its customers in due to their large range of designs available (I agree, I do appreciate the designs they offer) and low wastage rate that is absorbed. But make no mistake, you're paying an even larger price in other aspects : monetary, time and heartache. I'm never going back to Madras Jewellers, Masjid India. We're all tired from life sometimes, but don't treat your customers like trash. There is no room for that in the service industry. Despicable.
