This company should be shut down. Very bad and poor management over employees and guarded services. Too many cases recorded in KWSP, PERKESO, and JABATAN BURUH. Company failed to contribute and pay employee funds and socso as example and so on. This company is a big company but really poor in services and management on employees and their roles. Here how they survive despite poor service and management; its because they good in hiding their bad quality. So no wonder they good escape and running whenever they got cases. Even now a days, government agencies still have their record on employees rights cases and still failed to paid full employee fund as example and so on. Can check it. Equipment for worker doing their job not enough provided and their management team always absent and failed make cooperation such as meeting with the parties who given them tender. They also never hold a meeting with their employee such as security worker so no wonder why poor services even there got a cases on premise they guarded. This company didnt show any commitment on their services once they got a tender. Just a big cover outside but very weak in services started from their management team. Additional, they never follow a law such as minimum basic salary for worker. And i doubts what is "perintah gaji minimum 2012" for???. Plus, there hard to get pay slip every salary. If have, its just a fake pay slip that make confused. For a short words, this company didnt take seriously in their services on guarded premise and they always break a law such as employee rights and so on. Every cases they had reported by workers, its very hard for government agencies such as KWSP, PERKESO, and JABATAN BURUH to handle a report cause this company failed in giving cooperation just like they did on every meeting with the tender. Even government agencies they didnt pay a respect and didnt give cooperation, and think how for you as the tender please. This company never take seriously in their services, as example, they never take a look and never ask on the daily/monthly reported by their guard those work on every premise in tender. Its because their management team never did and hard to go on the premise for monitor their employees. So for end, will you prefer this company? Its useless and waste time.
