★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non existent technical support for emergency cases. New system installed and we are having multiple issues from day one. No technicians available to make an emergency site visit. On top of that, we were told that there will be charges to send a technician over despite that the system is under warranty and it is only 2 days old. Any equipment reprogramming will require that the system is dismantled and taken back to their headquarters. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Not recommended to purchase their system until they improve their support and sales services.

Very bad customer/dealer services!!!
Purchase products need to own carry to your car. If you fortunately can request store assistant to help you, they will throw your things to car.
