โ โ โ โ โ I engaged Magnus Digital, a digital agency following a recommendation from a friend who was full of praise for how Rey assisted him in setting up his website. As a novice entering the world of digital marketing, Rey and Ronald lead me through the stages of website design, logo design and all the elements that contribute to maintaining the website post design.
Magnus Digital were professional, patient and willing to work with me as I learnt about website design and adapted my content during the design process. I am delighted with the end product and have received positive feedback from colleagues that my business website is clear, easy to navigate and engaging. Ronald "nailed it" with my logo design based on a single meeting and provided many examples for me to choose from. They also produced a set of professional slides based on my logo and colours, business cards as well as a unique LinkedIn banner to help promote my brand.
I would highly recommend Magnus Digital for their competence, professional communication and determination to make sure I was happy with my end products.

For someone who has not much knowledge on how a website works, they were very supportive in guiding me across the ideas and strategies needed for my website. The Magnus Digital team offers practical solutions when dealing with problems, whilst also being considerate to internal business requirements. Their web design, development & e-commerce explanations and suggestions are easy to comprehend, which makes it important when dealing with upper management and working with their limited understanding of web lingo / jargon.
In terms of working arrangement, I enjoy the fact that the team is able to deal & account for web requests even over WhatsApp - that flexibility for work is something I haven't encountered before when dealing with previous agencies too.
Overall sales, operations & upper management are pleased and glad with the final results. The website is clean, professional but more so optimized for fast loading which is what is required in our line of business too.
We are impressed so much that, Magnus Digital is now in the midst of adapting the website for our Singapore business too!
