β β β β β I had torn ankle ligaments and was treated by the excellent Dr Jeya and Dr Thiru. Very professional and explained in detail. Aided my recovery very well. Did my physiotherapy with EβZatty and she was very gentle, motivating while providing excellent therapy that aided my recover very well and got me fit faster than expected

β β β β β First floor registration and payment counter is horrible. Only one staff most of the time handling the high load of people. Waited 45 minutes for my turn to make payment. Pity the person handling the counter alone. The hospital should manage this properly.

β β β β β The rooms looks old, too long no upgrade the facility. Too many newbie nurses/ trainee serve u, without knowledge to serve the suffering patients, really frustrated when I really need their help. Already mentioned Iβm already fever. Never provide the pcm immediately, reason given is the file in clinic. After 2 hours, I directly call to clinic, they said already sent the case file to your room level 7 last 2 hours ago. Finally the in-house nurses come to attend. The temperature 40++ degrees. Really suffering ?ββοΈ I give 3 star coz the doctor KC Lim (Tonsil surgery) is very expert with medical ethics doctor. He is a great? doctor. The surgery equipment in Hospital also in advanced.

β β β β β This review specifically to corporate account/insurance department. Kinda disappointed to let patient wait while there is no other patients at counter for up to 30min. The staff simply press previous 2 queing numbers while there is no patients attended on the following numbers.

β β β β β The worst private hospital I have encountered so far. Staffs at registration counter asked for medical cards and numbers with bad attitude, most of the other private hospital could check on their own without burdening the patient. Even worse when they mix female and male patients in their stuffy 6-bedded HDU. They gave multiple forms for patient to sign upon admission including consent without explaining that is a consent that need to be read, instead they just show u crosses at place u should sign in a hurry.

β β β β β went to surgery but end up with more pain. management didn't help at all. bias decision. rather fight more then comfort / give option to the patient. very bad doc. no manners. not professional. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE ....NEVER COME AGAIN! !!!!.

β β β β β Went with a friend early in the morning today to see Dr Leung Chin Meng for consultation at scheduled time. Appreciation of thanks to Dr Leung for the informative consultation and his excellent,professionalism service rendered to us. This definitely allayed our fear and anxiety. And to the clinic nurse too. Good service with friendly staff at registration counter as well. Got a good parking lot too as we went early. The early bird catches the worm, I say.! Or the so called "KS"/Kia Su syndrome slang.?????

β β β β β Is the 1st single star review for Mahkota Medical Center? Ohhβ¦ it is not. Then let me do the honor and hopefully I do not disappoint all the visitor that share the same feeling. The hospital only got 2 slot each day. That is 1pm - 2pm and 5pm - 6pm. I would say it is very short and you canβt enter anymore after the slot. They will lock the entrance of ward and you are not allow to enter until the 2nd time slot. Which I feel the hospital management have just flush away the word hospitality to the drain. Patientβs relatives are also being chased out by the guards sharp on time, no allowance is given!! Considerate? Well, this word just lay flat in the drain beside hospitality. The hospital does have its glorious day and those day includes ethics, hospitality, consideration, kind and patienceβ¦. Now all that is slowly fade away because as a visitor I dont see that anymore. By the way, if you are part of the management team or someone worked here and you wish to tell me the hospital do this because of covid or the pandemic. Let me 1st remind you that we are in endemic phase now. Cases are at its all time low. If you are worry about the spread of covid then please have your security guard to do their job and allow only 4 person to use it at one time. That elevator is that small and visitor will not hesitate of fully utilizing it. Ohhhhβ¦ did I mentioned the hospital only got 4 elevator operating? Ohhhβ¦ Did i mentioned also your security guard face maskβ¦ ya daggling between the mouth and the nose.
