★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis tak elok. Dah bagi nombor minta ambil ukuran sampai 3 kali siap jumpa pak ya personally. Tapi tak call balik. Tak efisyen dan tak de courtesy to take orders. Worst! Agaknya dah tak nak business. NOT recommended. Kalau tak bagi star tak boleh post. 1 star pun sy tak nak bagi.
Bad service. Already for the number, please take the measurement up to 3 times, ready to meet you personally. But I did not call back. Inefficient and not de courtesy to take orders. Worst! I guess I don't want to do business. NOT recommended. If not for the star can not post. I don't even want to share 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ harga murah tapi service teruk. oder pasang kitchen kabinet. saya cuti semata² tuk diorang datang pasang kabinet,tak datang, call saya beritahu pun tak ada. last saya call tanya kenapa tak datang, alasan stiker tuk warna yang saya oder tu rosak, kene tukar warna lain. ko dah janji. at least ko prepair la dua hari sebelum. kerja alasan sahaja.
cheap price but bad service. oder install kitchen cabinets. I'm just on leave for people to come and install the cabinet, they didn't come, I called to tell them there was none Last time I called and asked why it didn't come, the reason for the sticker for the color I ordered was damaged, here it is to change to another color I promised. At least I prepared it two days before. reason work only.

Bad service. He org forgot solicone on the kitchen cabinet. 2 months waiting for him to come back for ... complain to sir, yes, he's the boss too .. 2x5 .. Any kind of service ***

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis dari seorang juru ukur memang teruk. Apa yang client minta semua tak boleh. Bagi drawing tanpa dimension. Bila minta dimension tak bagi, kata takda. Semua ikut kepala otak dia. Ni bisnes siapa sebenarnya? Siap ‘mangkuk’ kan client.
Tarikh pemasangan terpaksa delayed sebabkan dia sorang. Susah dibawa berbincang. Dah pegang duit aku lama-lama tp kerja tak start2 lg.
Terpaksa pergi semula ke warehouse (dah la jauh) dan bincang dgn orang lain.
Update: Hari pemasangan yang sepatutnya dua hari, terpaksa dipanjangkan. Hari ini hari ketiga, installer janji nak datang pagi tapi hari dah petang. Saya tunggu dari pagi. Jangan main2 dengan masa orang. Tak baik. Kita pun ada hidup, ada kerja lain. Tolong buat planning dan jadual. Sedih la ini macam bhaiyaa??? Rumah dah masuk hari ketiga berdebu, dapur tak siap lagi beli makan luar saja. Dengan kotak sampah ditinggal dlm rumah. Janji nak kemas harini tapi tak datang2, apa ni?
Siapa yang tak kerja dan duduk dirumah je boleh la hire mereka. Yang bekerja mmg kena ambil cuti lebih la. Aduhai worst nightmare. Cepat la siap kurang sikit sakit dihati???
Masuk minggu kedua, pemasangan masih belum complete. Pasrah jelah dengan company ni. Minggu ketiga baru subcon boleh dapatkan material untuk quartz stone. Planning memang hancor, komunikasi antara staff dan client kena baiki (kalau tak dapat datang bagitau la at least), kerja makan masa lama dari yg sepatutnya, workmanship pun asal boleh dan kurang kemas lagi2 bab silikon, keselesaan client mmg letak paling last.
3 minggu takda dapur, basuh pinggan dalam toilet. Sampah dari installation pun 3 minggu dlm rumah. Kabinet tak complete pasang, tiada counter top tapi dah letak banner sebelah kabinet utk ambil gambar. Terima kasih. Sangat kecewa dan memenatkan?

The service from a surveyor is really bad. What the client asks for is not possible. Share drawings without dimensions. If you ask for a dimension not to share, say no. All follow her brain. Whose business is this? Ready to 'bowl' the client.
The installation date had to be delayed because he was alone. It's hard to talk. I've been holding my money for a long time, but work won't start again.
Had to go back to the warehouse (it's already far away) and talk to other people.
Update: The installation day which was supposed to be two days, had to be extended. Today is the third day, the installer promised to come in the morning but it was already evening. I've been waiting since morning. Don't mess with people's time. Not good. We also have life, there is other work. Please make a plan and schedule. It's sad, it's like bhaiyaa??? The house is dusty on the third day, the kitchen isn't ready to buy food outside. With trash cans left in the house. Promise to tidy up today but didn't come, what is this?
Whoever doesn't work and stays at home can hire them. Those who work have to take more leave. Aduhai worst nightmare. Quickly he was ready with a little less heartache
Entering the second week, the installation is still not complete. Give up on this company. The new third week subcon can get material for quartz stone. Planning is ruined, communication between staff and client needs to be improved (if you can't come, tell me at least), work takes longer than it should, workmanship is also original and less tidy, silicone chapters, client comfort is the last.
3 weeks without a kitchen, washing dishes in the toilet. Garbage from the installation was 3 weeks in the house. The cabinet is not complete, there is no counter top but a banner has been placed next to the cabinet to take pictures. Thank you. Very frustrated and tiring?
