β β β β β Despite many unfavorable reviews, I decided to try them out. The crew was punctual which is the only good thing. The cleaning was below par and close supervision was required. Some areas are still dirty and dusty and the crew even claimed that he do not know how to change bedsheet. A stressful 4 hr session

Booked and paid for the deposit.
Very POOR user experience and customer service, caused inconvenience and they didnβt even apologize for not having a cleaner. Waited for a day and asked me to wait for another 2 days for the job to be confirmed, I had to cancel.
Canceled and they automatically turned your money into their own βcoinsβ which you need to fill in bank details to process the refund. And the refund had to take 7 business days even though no job is done.
Taking money first and with no service, and letting the customer wait for 7 business day for the refund is unacceptable.

β β β β β Bad experience. Booked a week in advance but they couldn't find any available crew, so they refunded me in their "coins" (!!).
Finally got someone in for weekly cleaning, and he was average at best during his first session. But I thought since he was not familiar with the space, I'd give them another chance.
However, he didn't even turn up for the second session. Texted the agency and they sent a replacement the next day. This replacement was really inexperienced - he was sweeping into his feet. Floor was still dirty at the end of it. When I asked him how long he was working with Maideasy, he mentioned he's a week new and that he's a student and doing this part time. He was super friendly and apologetic, but just lacking in proper training. I doubt he had any at all.
For the third session, the original guy came. It was supposed to be a 4 hour session but without informing me, he left at the 3.5 hour mark. Ridiculous.
Very stressful sessions. Will not book again.

β β β β β I really appreciate the service from Maideasy , they are professional and the cleaners are good too . Convenient for a working mum with young toddlers like me . Raj who came in one of the session was good .
Definitely will engage them more in future .

β β β β β We got a middle-aged bespectacled guy named Wan who did a fantastic job with our flat. He was punctual, friendly, and cleaned our unit spotless. Would definitely want him around to clean the house again. Thank you Maideasy and Wan.

β β β β β When I booked my session I got a husband and wife couple who told me that because they come as a pair the cleaning process would only take 2 hours. That was fine by me as long as the end result is good. Unfortunately, it was not, as the bathroom floor was sticky and when I rinsed the floor down there was still soap residue which made the floor sticky. The walls were not properly cleaned and didn't look much different from before. The floors for the rest of my home were also kinda sticky and there were areas around the corners that were still dusty. This isn't the first time this has happened with your cleaners which is really disappointing. I didn't want to make a complaint the first time but then it happened a couple more times so I'm guessing this is the standard now? It's quite unacceptable considering the price you are charging for a session. My home also has a tiny balcony section that I requested they clean but they refused, saying that it wasn't included in the package. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I didn't see anything that stated balcony areas aren't included. All in all, these combined experiences has really made me think twice before booking a session with you in the future.

β β β β β Please avoid. Poor service provided. Husband and wife cleaners for 2 hrs x 2 people. Horrible work, time wasting and didn't have enough time to clean properly. Did not clean the whole unit, i. e. area behind the sofa as it can't be seen. Mopping is below par and watermarks and dirt left. They can't work without supervision. Cleaning equipment which was used was behind at the end without being cleaned as they rushed to go back.

β β β β β I paid RM 583 for 16 hours cleaning, doesnβt clean well, one cloth wipe many things and the pale water is black also didnβt change water, many places still full of dust, please donβt use them. Not professional at all. Just simply clean only. Donβt waste money to use them !
