★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to outsource a scan and bulk printing job to them. One of the worst ideas ever. The scanner must be dirty or scratched because every single page has identical dirty marks all over. Even the scanning itself is not done right; some of the words are strangely darker or twisted oddly. To top it all off, they printed and bound everything WITHOUT the cover page! Apparently the boss was the one who printed and "terlupa".
Paid for the binding (not cheap), went back, undid it, printed out the cover ourselves, undid the binding, and redid the whole thing just so we wouldn't have to spend another moment with these incompetent people.
The worker at the counter was very apologetic. I'm sorry too. There won't be much repeat business for you if you keep this up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This G-Village branch needs to either hire new front desk staff or train them on how to behave professionally and cordially. Both ladies working there now are rude and not friendly. Instead of explaining their services they end up telling off customers if customers ask nicely for an explanation. Not welcoming at all. I’d rather go to other nearby MBE branches, ie Avenue K and Ampang Jaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have wrongly sent the J&T parcel to this MBE without knowing that they are not receive J&T. But when I noticed that have wrongly drop off,I have ask the staff again on the next day to collect back the items,they said never receive any J&T parcel. Very DISHONESTY
