★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the staff very unhelpful and dismissive. Don't go in if you have anything prepaid, they say they're a drop off for DHL but wouldn't accept my drop off without paying them (I'd paid DHL already). What's the point in saying you offer that service?

But dunno why dun wan to scan the parcel
Let the parcel sit inside shop without scan if anything happen how to claim .
