★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both of the worker is nice and very efficient BUT be careful! The courier service only pick up the document at 3-4pm everyday! If you send a document tonight, your document will sit at their facility the whole night and only get pick up at 3 or 4pm the day after.
Better option, poslaju centre at Presint 2 (next to Maybank) or MBE Cyberjaya Branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff working today (7/2/2021) is so not good in servicing customers. I can say a bit rude of her and making a face when I asked if she wanted 5 cents. The way she speaks also not friendly. Please be kind, unless this world is yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here a few times to post items. However, the last time I went here which was on 2nd November. The 2 ladies that were on shift at that time (7.45pm ish) were extremely rude. They acted really entitled and whenever I asked questions they would answer me rudely. I have never experienced this at MBE before. I wouldn’t recommend this branch.

She treat like I'm not a customer, seems she have a mindset of a Boss but with uneducated character... Disappointed every time meet this young girl.. It won't hurt u if u smile or treat customer more nice though...
