★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my worst costumer service during my travel in Malaysia. We had a lot of questions because many things we unfortunately didn’t understand in theirs prices. The lady said because of the amount of questions, the 1:00 boat is now not available (witch it’s weird because she told us it will be there at this time so why now 20 minutes later the boat can take us???). Now she want to make us pay to a private boat witch is the double of the price. I didn’t feel like my questions were responding, in the contrary, they made me feel like there were too much. Really disappoint :(
