โ โ โ โ โ I thought the 2 meter distance is between people... But they had their counter set up in such a way that the 2 meter begins FROM THE EDGE OF THEIR TABLE....
So people had to lean all the way in to talk to the representative. What if that person has a bad back? Just look at the bank counter setting, the rope isn't 2m from the edge of the counter, it's 2m from the bank rep (person) and the customer (another person). The tables were already wide enough therefore there's already a distance there.
Also, the other reps behind were chatting away loudly, it's bad enough that I had to lean all the way in to hear her, the masks were already dampening the voice, and you other idiots had to chat away loudly... Always bad customer experience here

โ โ โ โ โ I was there for COB at 3pm but the guard told me they closed at 3pm during CMCO. Over this period they operating from 10am without lunch break. Their website did not have notification of change of business hours. "We should stay safe by staying at home".

The checklists arenโt clear, and yet they blame the customers.
Luckily they are government servants, where subpar performance is tolerated.

โ โ โ โ โ 2 lifts out of 3 stopped, during busy midday. Guards are nice. But counter officers act as if you owe them, instead of your taxes paying for them.

โ โ โ โ โ After living near to two decades under the care of Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ), deeply disappointed with the recent penalty on the assessment tax. Without warning letter, many residents living nearby were penalised for late payment of assessment tax. TGK Notice E is stated in the bill without explaination and expecting the public to know this assumed universal note what it is meant. Googled TGK Notice E, unfortunately nothing is found. Just wonder how an established and mature council progress with such a poor bill prepared and acknowledged by the Yang Dipertua. Without properly publicised, hardcopy of assesment tax statement is no longer available. Many residents just surprised receiving a hardcopy letter for outstanding payment and penalty. No history of outstanding assessment tax prior this for my goodself. We are just unfairly treated and wish to voice up our dissatisfaction though the amount of penalty is small. Otherwise there are room for further service improvement such as facilities, landscape maintenance or upgrading etc. This complaint is written on behalf of the residents in Ampang Jaya or area under the care of MPAJ. Hope the management hear the RAKYAT especially in this era of covid as everyone struggled together.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there to change address. Was directed to the right dept and all went smoothly. If you need to photocopy documents, there is a shop nearby. Good!
