โ โ โ โ โ Very not efficient. Very hard to answer a call. Some of their staff are not professional. How can you laugh when people asking you a very serious questions? Some easy paperwork that can be done within 4 days, need to drag until 3 4 months. Seriously? Oh! Some staff don't even know where to transfer the call. Then simply ended the phone call.
