★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly managed and rules are not enforced at BTS which is also owned by maju holdings. There are no smoking signs placed along the link bridge and you can still find people loitering around and smoking at the bridge. The customer service personals are not helpful and tend to push responsibility to the coach companies. They are unable to think and make decisions. Most of the ticket counter staffs are helpful and pleasant. They are much better than the customer service counter (located next to 7Eleven).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On the entrance car park it wrote RM3 for the 1st hour. I didn't notice that it was only for monday - friday because it was writen too high for normal driver to notice or read, unless the drive sit on top of car roof. When I parked my car at level not sure 3 i guess, there are no esclator or elevator even stair to go to lower floor. So I payed the ticket, than I had to pay RM5 even I was there only for less than 5 minutes.
So, even you enter parking for 1 second, the rate is RM5. This is not suppose to be happen. You should give time around 15 minutes for free parking like other places, for let say some people mistakenly enter that building parking, they have 15 minutes time to get out from the parking without being charged RM5.
