★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malacca Safety Driving Centre (MSDC) Sdn Bhd is simple the best driving centre in Malacca. This driving centre located just near the Kentucky Fried Chicken, 7 Eleven Taman Saujana Puri, Petron gas station, opposite to the Petronas gas station and Taman Saujana Heights. Even, just couple hundred of metres away from Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalanraya Negeri Melaka and Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Bukit Katil, Melaka. In here, initially you have to register yourself at the counter one. Then, you will have to attend KPP01 course for 6 hours and computer test (Part 1) later on. If you succeed, then you will get your L license known as Lesen Belajar Memandu (LDL). After that, you have to go for practical practice in the circuit for 5 hours and half under KPP02 course. Again, in the same court for another 10 hours. Automatically, you will proceed to evaluation test known as QTI for about 30 minutes. At this particular part, if you succeed then you will have to take the last test which is practical test (part 2 and part 3) under evaluation from JPJ Melaka. After you pass the test, then you will get your test driving license known as PDL which is last for 2 years, and after 1 year you will get your competent driving license (CDL).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think i got the best teachers ever! I get my license for class B2 D here. The teachers in class were strict but funny too. They would not like for people to get asleep in the class because the thing that they explained is crucial especially on the safety and how to pass all the tests with flying colors. My driving teacher was friendly and i even got invited to his house. He taught me a lot and always give motivation. Tq MSDC

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Computer test center must be in flexible time .no need to wait until 8.30 to start .once the student arrived after 8 am. Can allowed them to start registration .The staff Oslo not friendly .

They are still above us and more experienced. Be humble.

I am Malaysian but have always lived abroad so I don't understand Malay.
They actually have English textbooks but insisted that I take a Malay textbook. how am I going to study for the computer test then?
Also I had to sit a 6 hours class without understanding a single word of Malay. Teachers are rude for humiliating pupils who do not understand Malay. It is not my fault I was brought up abroad thus never learnt Malay in school. I thought it was a complete waste of my time. They should have provided English classes like in KL or at least not discriminate against pupils. Very unprofessional. Also they should have at least given me an English textbook which would have been more helpful in class rather than just blindly listening to their lecture and not making use of my time productively.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At least the clerks and the instructors should learn what is manners first before teaching. Almost every sentence to the students are rude. No basic etiquette and respect towards the students. If the students are playful or not listening, yes, you can warning or raise your volume. But even the quiet one also kena. So what is the problem here? Do the students own you anything? Be kind, be humble, respect each other and others will do the same towards you. Oppositely, you straightaway show your rudeness towards the first comer will just spoil MSDC image. If there is 0 star, I will do give that.
I am guessing MSDC is the only centre that provides vehicle license/test, that's why this company can do whatever they want and no feedback consideration. Look at all the reviews in googles. Half of them are 1 star. Still yet no improvement. I went through both motor and car test lasted almost 2 years as MCO period delay. The car instructor was still good because the instructor was chosen and filtered by me. But the motor sector was terrible. If you ask me about the pros of this sector, I am speechless. Rude instructor, bad clerk, complicated process, unclear communication. The clerk at the computer test was not friendly at all. In Malaysia, we called it "Own you money is it?" Even the clerk at the check in counter isn't friendly. Scanning mySejahtera also scold (facepalm. Sorry for this bad review, but I am just describing the facts. Thank you.

This place have changed since 2017
The area is now one big space with only one main entrance
The circuit has been upgraded and reshaped to be more organized
It is a bit harder to come in from town as you have to do a u turn 3km away after the bkt katil main junction
The faster route is from seri negeri or Ayer keroh lama
