★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Malayan. I’m finally getting my driving license. The instructor is very patient and attentive. Previously I went to 2 other driving schools but unsuccessful in getting license yet, and spend much money & time. Malayan provided much better services compare with those before. Last but not least, thanks to the helpful staff. Once again, thank you for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first enter this shop, I was asking about the driving course and the senior lady replied in such a bossy way. I’m like “Fine, I just ask the information and get my things clear.” In summary, she kept convinced me to pay for the course first while I was asking for the actual schedule. She was telling me that she cannot confirmed the schedule and kept asking me to pay. Then I replied her just to wait more awhile, and then I saw all those review comments on this shop. So, I decide to leave immediately ?
So guys, check the review first before pay money!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They tell you they're giving an 18 hour lesson but in reality the instructor can change the schedule however they want, includes 3 hours of lunch breaks for the instructor AND they can call 15 mins a whole hour. Got scammed but have to choice since you can't transfer halfway. You're paying for 13 hours, don't come here.

1. The senior woman who works there was very rude to us, when we asked a small question she would raise her voice. Just because you have worked there for years and know how things work, doesn’t mean that we do. Cannot explain nicely to us ?
2. Their SOP is non-existent. When the uncle came to fetch us to go to Sungai Buloh, the van was packed, no social distancing, and I did not see the seats get sanitised after a batch of students came back. I asked the senior woman about it and she raised her voice. I asked about the SOP and she argued that they do sanitise their seats. When I asked if they practice social distancing she ignored me. Every conversation with the senior woman becomes an argument for no reason.
3. I was told to arrive at the place by 11 for the uncle to take us to take our computer test. I stood there waiting along with other students for AN HOUR+ for the uncle to come and fetch us.
4. Just like the other reviews have stated, pay already they still ask you to pay again. When I first paid, they told me to check again to see if I actually paid or it's been canceled. I said I already paid and never received a reply. Few days later they come and tell me that they are canceling my classes and giving it to someone else. ??? Excuse me? I already said that I paid but they did not bother to reach out to me to tell me that they apparently could not find the transaction again, so how can they just give my classes to someone else? Is it the customer's responsibility to go to your account and see if my transaction is there?
This action is repeating way too many times to me and other people to be a 'mistake' to misplace receipts or lose transactions, and they still blame it on the customer. This place is a scam, do not come here.
5. The actual driving classes don't get any better. They will take their own sweet time to have lunch break and drag the classes as slow as possible. You pay for 18 hours but in reality it is way lesser than that, so that you don't learn enough and need to pay more to get more hours.
