★ ★ ★ ★ ★ in 2014 my plane got shot down over ukrane i had to live in the Ukrainian wildlands for 4 years with my only chance of survival being a squad of black bears who could speak and understand sign language. these bears taught me how to survive on my own in the bush so that when they left for hibernation i could make it back to civilization, with the help of my best friend collin the goat. collin and myself trekked though the ukranian wilderness, survivng soley off homemade porridge made from maggot insides and apples. once we reached home collin was shot by the ukranian ofshoot of the taliban that were camping on the outskirts of the woods on their annual camping trip. i was forced to eat collin over small talk with the taliban as a peace offering so they wouldnt eat me. after i carefully and methodically planned to slit the taliban's throats in their sleep and comadeerd their vehicle back to central ukrane i became a male prostitute to pay for flights back to the US. this took roughly two years not becuase flights are expensive, but because they are really racially biased and wouldn't let me get a visa. this is my story.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attending a class. The facilities was good. Excellent classroom (Sri Resak2). Instructor was also very knowledgeable. Parking was also ample and safe. However restroom facilities needs to be refresh.

It's also an ATA training venue, the location is conducive for training being just away from the hustle and bustle yet within reach of all amenities and public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to attend my daughter kindergarten graduation cum concert. Lots of parking and the building is spacious. However, limited seating outside while waiting to go inside the auditorium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended training conducted by Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). Place is easy to find, free and plenty of car park lots. Surrounding landscape is like a resort with a lake nearby. The building interior is well maintained although a bit dated i.e. in need of a renovation.
