It's not my fault its MAS rescheduled my flight 4 times. Went to their Customer Service at Nu Sentral office and the officer told u send email to them

β β β β β Super poor customer service. No compensation for my flight tickets that was cancelled by them due to their human error. Will never use this airline in the future.

β β β β β I am very upset with this airline. I booked my ticket last January 21, 2022 and the airline changed my flight March 11, 2022 without even informing me before they did the changes. They just simply send an Email that my flight is changed. The Flight I booked will depart from Frankfurt this coming April 27 arrive in Doha at the same day and will take 2 hours lay-over and continue to Kuala Lumpur. In Kuala Lumpur I will only be staying there for 2 hours for I will arrive there at 8:10 am this April 28, 2022 and will depart to Manila at 10:10 on the same day. They changed it last March 11, 2022 without reaching out to the traveller (Me) if I agree with the changes or not and with that changes I need to stay in Kuala Lumpur for 24 hours because they offered me a flight that will depart to Manila the next day April 29, 2022 at 8:10am and will arrive on the same day afternoon time.
Since I do not agree with the changes, I called them (+60 3 7843 3000 ) the number on the website, because it delays me and will cost me a lot, since on that email says nothing if the hotel accommodations and everything will be shouldered by the airlines since they were the one who decided with the changes, apart from that Philippines required incoming individuals from outside the country the COVID RTPCR test which usually valid for 48 hours only, therefore I need to pay for another/new test in Kuala Lumpur.
After with the several calls, they changed again my Flight from Kuala Lumpur. And now it will be on April 30, 2022, which I still did not agree.
I paid international calls, I emailed several times, and even write feedbacks stating my concerns but until now I got no response.
Malaysian Airline for me is such a huge mistake. This is the very first time I experienced this. I have all the documents with me if they wanted to verify it it is real or not. I also have the call logs Saved.
Despite with all the B*llsh*t feelings that I had, I still hope Malaysian Airlines will do something with this.
-note! The Dates that I booked is still available on the website from the moment they changed my flight. I wonder why they transferred me to the other flight when my flight schedules are still available.
SUCH A WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS AIRLINE.

β β β β β A lousy service by MAS I haven't had before. Thinking they're now subcontract to another agent..my problem doesn't resolve At the counter. I have been penalties due of the name they change, which same as i did before on booking..They charge more than RM 150 for the endorsement which same as before. I will not ,use this flight service again. Service wasn't good as before pandemic.

β β β β β Been chasing Malaysian Airlines for a call back for 3 weeks and they don't call back.
Very poor customer service and I will never use them again. Also I have a business class ticket and this is the poor service I get.
Don't waste your money on this airlines...

β β β β β My flight was canceled with three days' notice close to departure, which is a very bad short notice. All trips and preparations were forced to be urgently cancelled and suspended. Called the Malaysia International Airlines customer service line, but no one answered. Relatives and friends at the scene informed me that their service counter didn't even have a staff member.
Cancelled flights were not notified when the time was changed. I want to cancel the ticket order, but no one answered the customer service phone, and no one responded to the email. This is a very bad customer service experience.

β β β β β Avoid!!! Malaysia Airlines has a practice of changing your flights, including to different days and will not let you cancel with refund. Holding you to the terms of the ticket, even though you didn't make the change. Do note, this isn't just a different flight the same day, they can be putting you on a flight on a different day. They simply do not care. Operational reasons can be fine in exceptional circumstances, but to destroy your customers holiday or trip in the process without refunding is inexcusable.
I will not fly Malaysian again, strongly suggest you avoid also. Even the discount airlines don't do what Malaysian Airlines is doing.

β β β β β customer Service was very good. Malaysian hospitality reflected very well. Aircraft was awesome, clean and more comfortable. Sop's adhered well. my first time with MAS and sure will repeat again. my flight was from kuala lumpur to alor setar. checking and boarding process was on time and no delay.
