★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this Airline. Their Reservation email takes 10 days to get your attention. if you are lucky. Or will never gets replied. Reservation telephone lines require you to hold for at least 40-60 mins get through. And staff takes average 1 hour to book one ticket. You want to change date of travel, for sure you will end up paying much more than their online rates for the same days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid!!! Malaysia Airlines has a practice of changing your flights, including to different days and will not let you cancel with refund. Holding you to the terms of the ticket, even though you didn't make the change. Do note, this isn't just a different flight the same day, they can be putting you on a flight on a different day. They simply do not care. Operational reasons can be fine in exceptional circumstances, but to destroy your customers holiday or trip in the process without refunding is inexcusable.
I will not fly Malaysian again, strongly suggest you avoid also. Even the discount airlines don't do what Malaysian Airlines is doing.
