I like their immediate response and solve our issue on the next day. There is no communication issue even though we both based in two different places. Lately they even take out the shopee sync service without notify customer. Without local marketplace sync capabilities, webshaper has nothing worth to subscribe it's service. Very disappointed with local ecomerce service. unprofessional and and lack of technical skill. Don't waste your money with this lousy service
