The steamboat soap are not tasty, different taste of soup ordered but same taste at different color look.
And the mamee mushroom is too sweety.

β β β β β Poor service. Waiting 20mins+ for food (steamboat which is pre-prepared frozen food) & did not inform earlier while there is out of stock for foods. Shortage of man power and not friendly. Clean up table which is no customer instead of cleaning the table which is occupied by customer. Penang Mama Vege is good service but Ipoh branch is poor service. The food is not bad so I hope management can solve this service problem to retain the company reputation.

β β β β β Food is only good when it is fresh. Portions are sometimes inconsistent.
Under staff and staffs have no proper PR.
Service is too slow and inefficient.
I have been here many many times, I wonder if the boss is really checking up on this place. This restaurant would do much better if not for the staffs' attitude and inefficiencies.

β β β β β My familyβs favourite Chinese vegetarian restaurant. It is a must-eat, whenever we are passing through Ipoh. We usually have rice with dishes. Good service and better food. Would highly recommend this establishment to any vegetarian looking for great Chinese food.
