โ โ โ โ โ Everybody says that first impressions matters. I've been a regular of mamasab products for years, and been a frequent to most of the Lembah Klang outlets either taking orders from buyers or for my own pleasure and I have to say I'm a bit disappointed as to the counter operations and instructions on what and how to proceed on invoices. From the start, I was there around 11 am, no forms to fill up were given upfront, tried goin in, no staffs in front, did tried waving hand for staff inside, but no response given, buttons on que order were there, the tv did alert them someone just click the que button and now queing but still no response, about 15 mins then the staff comes upfront and gave us a bunch of pickup forms and just signal one of us to take it and put it outside ?? nothing was said, silence. Even upon taking some of the products the staff accidentally drops it and then she just pretend like that doesn't happen and proceed giving the mini cake to the buyer (the buyer didn't saw it but I saw it!) I think one of the runner, probably a new one, took the pick up form back as no one alerted him nor say "please sign and letak dlm ni ye encik bila dah check semua item okay" is it that hard?
