β β β β β Limited parking space if peak hours. But people keep coming and buy due to CAKE SO DELICIOUS. Please order from their agent before heading for collection. Long Que during peak season.

β β β β β Bad Customer service, no standard Procedure for customer to pick up, need to fill form & take number like agent / runner , ingat ni poslaju. Staff not welcoming, when i ask why no one assist customer to pick up order , no one answer. I stood there trying to read whatever notes that they hang on the wall , all i see is for runner / agent . When i ask i need to fill up form, then i hand over the form, they ask me to take a number , back and forth . So troublesome just to pick up bloody brownies! Then the staff donβt even bother to look me in the eyes when i ask why no one assist customer . Never again to this brand. Plus, iβm the only customer there , 3 others i believe they are the agent packing peoples order. Unbelievable. I pick up around 10am . So just imagine, ruin my morning. The brownies is dry btw. My first and last.
