★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going there and I gotta say, it has that very friendly vibe into it. Especially the person who catered to me during the time, very informative, very friendly, and has a calm composure.
And the brownie I got is superb! Definitely recommending this bakery if you ever need a cake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not really into my taste. The medovik taste really boring to eat. No surprise on each bite. Just like eating a thin sponge cake with cream. Sorry. Not really impressed. Maybe i’ve taste the one from tortebylinda first. And the rating is much lower because last time when i order the cake, i asked to pick up the cake by 8pm. End up i have to wait for an hour. Don’t let your customer wait for u. We have our own tentative also. Please improve in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even had a chance to taste the cake..too packed with people. Came around 11 am. Don't know what choices of cakes they have there. Did not see any cake in the display except unicorn cake. It would be better if they have menu or booklet. I am a first timer who was trying to buy a cake there, but I didn't know what I should do with too many people around + no menu + no display cake (probably not yet ready) + no one approached me. At last, I just walked out from the shop. Frustrated.
Can try to improve the services and lacks to go beyond than you have now.

Can simply walk in here or reach any MamaSab agent to grab those manis-manis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stated open at 9am on Google but can only get your order at 10am. Waiting for 30 mins then only informed that only agents can submit orders and the staff asked me to buy from their agents instead. Brownies are way too sweet. Bought this combo - both taste good but the texture of the cakes are super hard and dry. The staff are not even helpful, didn’t smile and just sitting there. Better buy from secret recipe - expensive but satisfying.
