★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can be walk in customer if there is also a runner where it is frequent because there seem to be no cash register inside. It is a pick up place for runner and agent apparently. The place is filled with chocolate bakery smell my mouth watered stepping inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the ambiance of the outlet. Only if the people coming are more mannered, then the outlet won't be in messy condition. Plastic leftovers are everywhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for the first time, to retrieve the cake I ordered. Got the cakes two hours after the pickup time. The bakery was not customer friendly. It was full, with their agents waiting. Not sure why they even bother to separate the queue number between agent and customer if both were treated the same.

No issues on food quality. Taste good. Price is understandable due to commission based selling. Very recommended. Will buy again for sure.
BAD:
Three stars due to shop located in a standard malaysian shophouses. This make the place very congested. No parking space on a busy day.
As per claimed by owner, millions sales captured every month, its already time for you to move to a bigger location, individual shophouse. Big parking space. Everyone happy. OR you can make more branches to disperse the agent/runner.
