★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road should be one way but there are cars in opposite direction, difficult to park the car..for the outlet, the time taken to wait was more than 30minutes and the customer service didn't apologise for their mistake in putting the order form in wrong place and i couldn't see any smiling face..please improve lots on your customer service..i used to work in a restaurant from morning till night and i valued the staff who can smile while working even when they are tired..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed. Very slow service. Although already given time for pick up, the pre-order cake still not ready yet. Customers and agents have to wait for about 2 hours. Please improve your service! If i can, no star for your shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. I stand for 1 hour just to pick a box of cake. The staffs seem too relax, too slow and tak cekap even though there were so many customers. And there is one grumpy staff, mcm makcik² sikit. Ada one customer yg blurr² (1st time maybe), she forgot to staple the queue number with the form, and that grumpy staff scolded her mcm marah budak sekolah. Quite rude. She should guide her politely. Kedai jual kek should be ceria ok. The cake is good, but the service is out. So this would be the first and the last for me. Such a bad experience.

However the service really need to make improvement. i been waiting for my order for more than 1 hours...and when i asked why the guy worker just said without any guilty i need to wait another hour for my order. This particular worker for me is very poor in service handling people. I have come to take my order several times already but for other worker thay are very professional and friendly handling the order or runner n agents. I hope this worker improve the soft ski in term of handling the customer (runner/agent/etc) coz it could be interpreted as rude on certain people when see the way he handle others
