Mamatok Deli Kitchen Homemade Sandwich

I have made an order for their mixed party box which was supposed to have 6 different flavors including nuttela fruity, which was the one that i wanted. I opted for self pick up and updated them on my arrival, which they asked me to wait. And i did. Once they handed me the box, it didn’t have the nuttela fruity. I asked why. The said it is out of stock and tell me that they replaced it with other flavor. They didn’t ask me if i want that flavor, and they didn’t apologive for changing the flavor without consent. So i texted their number and told them, they didn’t give me the nutella fruity, instead, replacing it with other flavor which i do not want. They didn’t tell me prior ordering that the strawberry was out of stock. All they said to me when i asked why no nuttela fruity was “out of stock” and no further reply. It was a very bad customer experience. First is they lied about the menu, second, they changed it without informing you, third they never apologize, forthly, they didn’t even reply your concern. I definitely will not comeback here again. It is very dissapointing that the price we paid which was quite expensive and was not comparable to their absurd customer service performance. Thus I will not recommend anyone to buy sandwich from here.
