Management attitude also bad with rental people.

β β β β β I'm the owner for 14 years. I think the management did the marvelous job by pay back 500K debt in 1.5 years !Just blame yourself that not attending AGM by allowing incompetents management team previously by created trouble to Lift and big debt.. until this dedicated team had put effort on it from zero knowledge to now . Of course selected committee have the power to excuse projects. If you think the are missed use power you can welcome to report to COB. All the handwork by the team never expect to get any return but some of self fish resident that just complain and never contribute! Management Committee also resident here , there don't owe you! If you don't appreciated and do not agree just steps up to make the apartment better! Worst security? yeah at least we improving by having really 3 guards with 1 local officer and no break in or theft case so far

β β β β β Low density and everything is improving in recent years especially after covid-19 has started. It has great potential despite not having a proper road to make a U-turn but it's very strategic and hopefully the two lifts in both blocks will continue to work with the new management.
