★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a good variety of products here ranging from spices to flours to curry powders , beauty and hair products. Prayer products are also available. All these can b found on the ground floor. Some clothing mostly indian style clothes and divine products like statues ,garlands n photos can b found on the 1st floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are too lazy to show varieties of textiles and expect us to find on our own. Some are too arrogant as if working at PM office and as if we have to buy whatever they present to us. We should not question them. If you do, then they jump to another customer ignoring you or pretend to be busy. Mostly old stocks and outdated designs but expensive. All other textile shops around, although different names, all belong to them. That is the main reason for such haughty behaviours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Items required for prayers and Altar available in variety here at 1st floor. Apart from that household products, local produce and from India available as well at ground floor. Ladies costume accessories like bangles, fancy earrings from India available at ground floor. The place is usually crowded and have to wait for awhile at the cashier counter. The shop assistants are a bit reserved but are helpful when approached.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large store situated right at the heart of Brickfields Little India. It's a one stop centre to buy household items, groceries and religious goods. Majority of the items are sold at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Good atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always gone to Mangala Theebam and bought my groceries. Recently, I went there to buy an item and was surprised with the staff attitude. I was bringing a few other items so when the isle my item was at had two other men discussing, I gave way so that I wouldn't interrupt them. After waiting, I was blocked by one staff (young man). So, I told him, "please give me way, you need come out of the isle (all I meant was so that I wouldn't have my existing items hit him). His reply "How can you be so rude to me to move, I'm the supervisor here". I just said sorry as I was in a hurry and left. But what I'm trying to say is, maybe I wasn't courteous for him to move but was it even necessary for him to claim he is the supervisor?? I thought people in retail are supposed to be humble and helpful but this was an example of being boastful. Mangala Theebam Brickfields please ensure some attitude training to your staffs before they start handling customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mainly Indian groceries, prayers products, household products, facial products, traditional Indian food and drinks, artificial jewellerys are available with reasonable price. There have local produce products and from India as well. They have ground and first floor. Less parking space at behind of shop and difficult to get parking lot. Excellent and helpful customer service providers by the cashier and staff.
