★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangrove forest that located nearby Bagan Lalang beach.. It is only walking distabce from campsites, the forest also located nearby kampung orang asli, a small villages , around 10-20 village houses. You can reach the forest during low tide only. And beware of any small insects or sea snake (though it is only small size). Good spot for landscape photography too,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mangrove forest here is on the verge of extinction mainly due to societal ignorance, lack of community awareness of environmental importance, pollution, corporation dumping and no initiatives from authorities to save the biodiversity. The only community that respects the mangrove is the Orang Asli villagers living in the Kampung Orang Asli Bagan Lalang, which is within the mangrove forest. If local tourists are concerned about the mangrove, they should do more to support nature.
