★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Known for their ginger tea and they also have some evening snacks like Nasi lemak and local evening snacks. Taste of tea is good!! However don't expect much as this is just a small stall hence cleanliness and hygiene isn't their priority. Parking space is limited especially when the evening crowd hits in for a cup of chai.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friend said this mamak is the famous teh halia in Setapak. I'm not sure as I have no idea how to define a good teh halia, but seeing the people keep coming here drink and tabao, I think it may true. My friend said they slice the halia into tiny pieces and cook it themselves and not using those ready made ginger powder…
Anyhow, the teh halia taste not bad, not really spicy nor make your stomach feel hot, it's smooth to drink.
The nasi lemak bungkus is so so for me. Ingredients just some tiny sambal (not spicy for me) and few piece of ikan bilis, very small portion. I think I have to eat 8 or 10 to make my stomach full for a proper meal.
Good to know setapak have such a crowded mamak even look very crude stall and be aware there are a lot of flies also. The seats are very limited also. Price wise, I'm not sure coz friend treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great place during raining or you get running nose. Their specialist on the Teh Halia & Maggi Halia. Yay! Their have lot of malay kuih as well. Nice to chill.
