β β β β β I've read quite a few negative reviews about the place, but after having gone there 4 times, I felt that it's time I gave my take on it. Out of all the 4 times that I've been there, I have not had an unpleasant experience at all. Yes, once or twice I was kindly declined or asked to wait for quite a while because the place was packed, but that can happen anywhere. I've always gone for the traditional 90-minute deal and I've always had a great masseuse. Yes, I have my favourites and they're not always available (Azline and Rahmah), but how can I blame them when another client had already grabbed them before I even arrived, right? Quality wise, great! They always check to know if the pressure is too strong or too mild, so you know you're going to leave there all loose and relaxed. I once went for the scrub + massage. Scrub was great and the shower could be adjusted to the heat level that I preferred. So all I can say is that whether or not a customer has to wait and how long, or whether the experience is good or bad, just let the massuese know during the massage, not after paying and leaving the place. Let's all just communicate better for a better spa experience that we all deserve.
p/s: No, I'm not a spokesperson for this company, nor am I getting a free massage for this. I'm just one very happy and satisfied customer. Thanks for the great service, Manjakaki Ampang Point!

β β β β β Iβve been here a couple of times already. Place and ambience is nice for a massage but the staff and the level of service is below average and not consistent. Not to mention that the noises are coming from the staff itself. One time I came for massage and I noticed that the massager donβt even try to give a good massage with no mood all over his face. I pay a sum of money in hoping for a good massage and what do I get? A sub par services! I will not come to this outlet again!

β β β β β Been there several times as walk-in customer because mostly on a whim to get a massage. Good or bad depends on luck mostly, would say 1 of 3 you will get a good masseuse. But recently when it reopened, i thought it is best to make an appointment, but its only lip service. Got there and was told no masseuse and room is available. Whats the point in making an appointment then? Lain kali, tak payahla confirm if no slot. Kami bukan rumah sebelah ampang point nk dtg br tau xde slot, 1hr nak sampai sana.

β β β β β Thereβs a Malay boy here is who is extremely rude to customers . You go to a spa to relax , not to be disrespected and told off by a worker. Their customer service terrible and off-putting.

β β β β β Came to get a foot massage at 8 and the cashier said we dont take anymore customers. Might as well close early right and not put 9.30pmas your closing time. Disappointed though. Came here for nothing
