★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cashiers' attitude at the counter were very displeasing and rude. I was queueing with social distance and saw 2 counters opened. So after one customer left, I went up with all my heavy items and thought it could be my turn. Your cashier didn't even look at me but said tunggu tunggu with an impatient gesture. I understand she may need to settle something so I waited quietly. Then your another cashier said to me, pergi belakang sikit, jangan bagi orang ingat you potong queue. But I queued all along without jumping queue at all, what makes she said that? It is unnecessary right? So after the customer behind me settled, she finally accepted me, with her mask wearing under her nose in this PKPB time. I tried to calm myself down to tell myself maybe it is ramadhan month, they don't mean to be rude but still, I think this ought to be highlighted. I felt the money I spent here doesn't worth as I had to leave with such an impression and displeasure. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No price tags whatsoever at the medicine section so I bought ezerra cream at RM62.50 when I could’ve gotten this from Shopee at RM40. So kena cekik here. But lots of baju. Oh and they don’t sell swim diapers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there buying 3 big packs of my baby pampers, shampoo, and hand sanitiser. While there is no price tag for the pampers had to ask one by one with their rude staff. The cashier girls was so rude attitude. Not gonna come here and buy here anymore. Minta plastic bags pun kena jeling! Disgusting attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 floors. The second floor is basically basically cods, seats, strollers, toys etc.......very few people wonder up to this floor. I had tried to look at cods but most items on display are display items only.
Their main business in on the ground floor which are the fast moving items. It is cheaper to get things in the shop than their online store. This is based on a few items I compared. Good selection catered for working class. Seek elsewhere if u looking for high end stuff.
