โ โ โ โ โ Gone today to buy some item for Baby Adib. Saw some item with tag "20% OFF FOR ALL TOMMEE TIPPEE" item. pick up few bottle since its cheaper than shoppee. When paid, realized that item is not 20%.
When confronted, the staff said
1. only "normal" item will be given 20% despite the pormo tag showing ALL tommee tippee
2. You wont know which one is "normal" which one is "abnormal", "extraordinary" or whatever not normal. Unless you check at price checker. So they expect everyone to check the price despite the promo tag clearly shown SALE.
3. Most hypermarket allow for refund if you unhappy or in this situation. but not Manjaku. No Refund.
So i left the shop with a bad shopping experience.
This is one of the reason why people start switching to online when buying this kind of item as the price is clear cut. You dont need to go to price checker to confirm on the promo. the promo tag is useless.
There must be something wrong in the procedure that leads to this issues. Alas for me, once feels cheated, i will not come here again for some time.
