★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are very rude and impolite to the customer. I came here last week to buy a baby swing (buai). My wife asked one of the Indian woman staff and she completed ignored her. Then my wife asked again a Malay woman staff then she raised her voice to my wife saying that the store boy is resting then ignored my wife. I wanted to scold the staff for the rudeness but I do not want to make a scene so we left the shop and buy the baby swing (buai) at Twins Baby instead. I will not come to this shop again and certainly would not recommend anyone to come here. Other alternatives: Twin Baby or QQ Baby Store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Not helpful and rude. Expect customer to carry the product (baby car seat) from top floor to cashier at ground floor. Experience from other shop was that they carried all the way to my car since I parked nearby. I wonder what would happen for single mother if they need to buy a baby bed, who would carry it?

DO NOT come here to buy if you wants to feel welcome and asking for help from the staff.
Does the owner realize how bad most of the staff there? ?
