★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist or whoever answering calls are so unpolite, no manners and I am passing lines around just to ask for an update on my case. After finally talked to the person in charge who suppose to call me back but did not happen after 2 days, they took another 2 days to look for my case. Again I have to call again to follow up instead of they call me as promise. TERRIBLE !!!

When change solicitor in charge in the midst of case also never inform your client. Calls not returned.

1. Sales and Purchase Agreement
2. UOB's loan documents 11/03/22 are to be mailed to yesterday 22/3/22 and contact Ms. Lai, the person in charge, she said that they will be mailed yesterday, but I still haven't received it today. The house is 75% ready and S&P still doesn't give it to me. What is the reason please? What app also no reply? Ms.Lai r u Ok.
