β β β β β This meditation center is a sanctuary for our busy mind and is a gift to the visitors of the city. The modern day teachings of Buddhism given by the resident teacher and discussions among the Sangha community are so practical and precious. I hope more people can benefit from this serene centre.

β β β β β Friendly monks provide instruction in meditation and the teachings of the Buddha. Ninety-minute meditation classes are offered on a convenient evening schedule. The session includes two guided meditations, songs of praise, and a teaching/sermon. Check the schedule on the temple's website as there is no set schedule of activities. Call or e-mail the temple with questions. The monks will respond quickly.

β β β β β I have been coming to the classes in KL since leaving the UK in March 2019 and have been really enjoying the teachings and meditations. I find the teachings easy to understand and very practical in everyday life. Looking forward to coming back to the classes again after getting back from my retreat :)

β β β β β I recently traveled to Kuala Lumpur to participate in a weekend retreat. The classes were very clear and inspiring, with a very experienced community with whom you can learn and share Dharma experiences, beside this in all time they made me feel very welcome. I strongly recommend participating in the classes offered by this meditation center, because they give you the guidelines to know how to apply Dharma in your daily life activities.
